While a 68 frame MIGHT work, I believe the frames changed each other year. 65-66 are the same (idler arm is totally different than later years), 67-68 are the same, and 69-70 are the same. The differences from 67-68 to 69-70 may be something as simple as front frame horns, but I think you'd best be served by getting a 69-70 frame.
