I lost many friends in Nam and then there were the wounded. I spent two weeks in St. Alban's Naval Hospital as a result of freak accident and then discharged. While in St. Alban's I can't begin to describe what I saw as it was the overflow hospital for wounded soldiers returning from Nam. Many missing arms, legs and then there were the head and body wounds. Something that I'll never forget and hope that one else forgets those that gave the ultimate sacrifice.
Remember them today!
