Looking at the air cleaner I see the smaller snorkel that was used on the 396. The chrome lid is also missing, as is the rear stabilizer bar. It is claimed to be a matching-numbers car, but there isn't a single picture of the engine pad, the transmission pad, or the rear differential numbers. Damn it, if the car is matching numbers, prove that you at least know what numbers-matching means. If it is not original engine that is o.k., but then you can't say numbers-matching. It could just be an oversight by a non-Chevy guy (judging by the eBay handle mustanggt350h), or it could just be playing dumb. Wrong rear trim that lacks the correct 427 lettering is understandable, because if the car was tapped in the rear at any point in the last 50 years it is entirely probable that the correct rear trim was not available. Or maybe it isn't a Z-24. The hood is a tough find if one were to make a clone. It is a cool car, but don't give credo to the phrase "A fool and his money are easily parted". Due diligence is required by any perspective buyer so don't say you weren't warned.
