YES ALTHOUGH NOT ALL gm PLANTS USED AQUA/BLACK at least in 1967.Im not sure about 68-70.
Also its best to use a grey sealer before painting if yours is the grey/white.And black sealer with aqua.That way it will cover more uniform .
