Morley, nothing would do my heart any better than telling you we could help, but it truth, no one in the country is set to help with a 63 Buick. We may, and caution may, have the GM print, but I would have to check our archives. We have about 15K GM blueprints. If I have the print and your harness was solid as far as the connectors go, I might be able to restore or rebuild it, but it would be a stretch. If you get there, send me an email to fh348@comcast.net and I'll check for a print. Make sure you fuse box and bulkhead connectors are good and be careful removing the engine and front light harnesses (if that car has them) as not to break the tabs off of the connectors.
