Who could restore this 1969 console plate? Or what are my chances of finding a like-new one?

Too many wild powershifts from the previous owner, it would appear.



It's off at "Just Dashes" right now but they can't fix that kind of thing, so they said I have to find a plater. But will a chrome plater be able to repair this kind of material?
