I knew I had this from a long time ago. I had downloaded it from somewhere back in 2006. I don't know who to give credit to. Unfortunately it is a b/w copy while the originals were in colour.




I don't know about pricing. You might try to contact Marvin Welch of Vancouver Island, B.C. as he sells a bunch of rare reproduction Canadian documentation of that sort. I can't currently find his contact info but he sells on ebay as user "409-impala"
