Not to add to your paint search woes,but I personally had some issues finding the proper paint (black) for the dash and other metal interior components for my 69 Biscayne. The upper dash paint is textured (I call it sand paint) and it took some doing for me to find it.The lower dash and back window framing,etc was a different low gloss black color. Worth the research though,my dash came out beautiful and spot on correct.Good luck.
