In upper left corner of this sheet, it has an arrow "A" "see sheet A-7"
should be another page that would reference that, again, 1500 miles from home but remember seeing it in manual or I am crazy (which is a possibility)

I remember it taking a while to find it, my car has the hole for it, just a po removed it sometime i the last 50 years.

And I am serious, anyone with any of the parts listed in the parts wanted section, please pm me, I don'r have any reference materials with me so while sitting at the hospital in Iowa City I am short on resources.

I have seen the part on several 67's and have photos at home of them on my home computer from other cars, I just had some pics in phone for reference.
