I'm going to chime in here and and make a suggestion where you might look. I know I have seen a very similar clamp that is used on I think Chevelles or GTO's that hold the battery cable down low around their oil pan.
I know it wouldn't be exactly but I think it is very close, just a thought if you really want one.
