Nick, I cant understand why the quote is so high just for the painter. I paid a professional guy $3000 to paint my black car only because it was so big. He said a smaller car would have been $2k. I can see $20k or more for the bodywork, but if your car is all prepped, it shouldnt be anywhere near that price. Don S
