The Suburban Carryall did not have 2 passenger doors on the RHS until the 1967 models.

The model # should tell which it is (although it doesn't sound like it was written down correctly; probably C1406....).

Model C1405 = Panel
Model C1406 = Suburban Carryall with Panel rear doors
Model C1416 = Suburban Carryall with a drop-down tailgate & swing up rear window.

Panel trucks came standard only with a driver's seat, while Suburbans came standard with seating for six passengers (the rear seat can always be removed).



It looks like that '67 Impala SS convertible was Nantucket Blue with a matching blue convertible top originally ("4" for the top code)
