I used the rods, levers, and shifter from the link in the original post from hurst shifters online. They are for a non console car, but I have a console. The owner sent them and if it didn’t work, to return it and he would put an offset in the shifter mechanism. Found out with a console you need the offset. I sent it back and he returned the shifter with the offset and everything worked out. So if you go this route, you would need offset for the shifter mechanism.
