Just wondering should there be a rubber gasket (rub strip) on top of the horizontal filler panel for the rear bumper? The panel actually goes into the rear bumper.Theres staple like holes in my panel but don't remember removing it before it went to the body shop,4 years ago, sore subject !!
If so who sells them?
