Yes, it looks to be NOS, but NOS does not mean to be a perfect item. Since it has wood grain on the bottom half, that indicates it was for a Caprice and I think the white reside on the upper half is the glue that held on the wood grain overlay that was originally there on the upper half. This is Jon Krogh's listing and he has had tons of NOS items for sale for more than 25 years that I know of. Don S

Yes , that is mine. Came from a huge collection of NOS parts we bought in the last two years . Its a shame the wood grain transfer was missing but I feel its still a tough piece to find. Its very pricey to sell on Ebay but its still the best advertising out there .
