The rear crossmembers are different. I'm not sure if the front bumper mounting holes are exactly the same. The #4 body mount bracket is a little different also but doesn't effect anything. Convertible frames are different than hardtop/sedan frames.

In regards to stock frames of 67 and 68 1. The rear lower control arm bracket on frame has 1 hole...68 has 2. 2. The bumper brackets might have a different slot arrangement when you put your bolts in and align it.
Just my 2 cents. I parted a 67 Caprice and I have a 68 Impala so I compared.68 Impala Custom, 396 Th400 12 Bolt 2.56 Posi. DD Grotto Blue, 820 medium Blue cloth interior, fiber optic car.
