Snarfy. Use the old side marker piece and weld it into the 70 hole. The bumpers are way different than the 69. Cut the rear panel along the rear creese and keep the piece behind the bumper and where the valance panel mounts. Then cut the 70 panel the same way. Weld the 2 panels on the seam. This will save You a lot of work. NICK L72

Yes it will. But it will also need messaging in the rear bumper and valance areas as well.
