I'm looking to possibly get my headers re-done. Has anyone used the Jet hot coatings? They have 3 choices of heat levels 1250,1500,2500 degrees. I'm not sure just what heat level that headers can reach, so any advice is appreciated. The price range is from $250 - $600 ,plus shipping cost Bogey Bob

My Son and I have used the 1500 degree coatings on Our headers from big blocks to LS1. It depends how much You can spend, and how long and hard they are used. We have switched to stainless headers, because My Son worked for Pypes exhaust.. NICK L72427impalasportcoupe
I remember that you mentioned in past that your son worked for Pypes. Not only do they make a quality product - in stainless - but their pricing is much more reasonable than competitors. I have a pair of "straight-throughs" I use as resonators.
