We will be attending the Fall Carlisle and Hershey swap meets from 9/26 to 10/7. If anyone needs anything delivered or picked up, or has anything they will be looking for, let me know. We will be bringing over 1000 moldings and pieces of trim. We just did another major buy-out and will be bringing some really cool stuff that hasn't seen the light of day since about 1981. Lot's of 58-70 stuff, 68, 69 and 70 side moldings both 2 and 4 door. Accessories, Vigilites, accessory tachs, locking gas caps, 4 speed pedal trim kits, emblems, 67 and 68 fenders, etc. A super mint 68 4 speed console with the console boot ring. Hello donnyb,
NOS would be preferred but drivers will do. I am looking to replace the after market cassette stereo I am using now, with the original stereo radio my car came with, but I can not locate the knobs (I have the original stereo and 8 track tape unit but missing the knobs for the radio).
Remember that the AM radio knobs are different from the AM FM knobs.

No, The radio knobs are the same between am and am/fm. The multiplex knobs are different, but radios are the same. Been restoring the radios for 40 years.

A minty nice pair of NOS ones is about 1700-1800. I just sold a rot free one with some surface rust for the Texas sun beating the crap out of the pair for 300. A super mint used pair with zero rot ever (not repaired ones) would be 900-1000

LOL! Good luck on that John. I've only ever had 2 sets on them in 30 years. We will be at CP28-42 on the Chocolate field. Send a PM and I'll give you my cell number so that if I'm wandering around, we can hook-up.

Ron, I am using them for a restoration. As long as the chrome is decent enough for re-plating and the fiber optic indicators and cables are OK. Let me know what you have. Thanks, John

I can rebuild the fiber-optic parts if needed guys. You do both know that 67's are totally different and very unique, correct?

I have an NOS pair, but will not be breaking them. I just sold a beautiful used one with some surface rust that came out of Texas for 300 about 2 weeks ago. Just to give you an idea of the value.
