One of my parts cars has LTC. They are great conversation pieces. Most never even heard of them. Others have heard of them, but never have seen any.

That's cool! I need to get down there and get the data from those cars for my research database! Do you happen to know if it is a Wilmington car?

Warren,

I checked on it and it has a "U" in the VIN which if I'm correct is a Lordstown, OH car. I never knew that till now and probably explains why it came with those 2 options.

Interesting Video by the way. Never saw it before. My car also had the Rear Window Defroster as well, That's it though. Other than the regular AC, PS and PB, it's just a pretty plain Caprice.

I was just at a older GM dealer yesterday and the parts guy I was talking to,told me the dealer thought they had a bunch of those somewhere

Very neat. I remember doing a similar idea with two windshield washer bottles mounted in the trunk with the nozzles squirting onto the rear tires. Mine where filled with water and Javex solution, did not do much for the traction --but the burnouts were spectacular

We have a 69 convertible project with that option. Just a 327/glide but has it!
