power winddow wiring

On my rear window wiring harness there is what I believe is a in line fuse or circuit breaker it is made of metal and has a tab, does this need to be grounded. Any info would be helpful. Thanks Dan

What year impala are you working on? I have a set of 1967 convertible Windows and wiring that I can look at for you if that is compatible. Let me know.
