I just bought a '68 tach dash with gauges on a bit of a whim as a restoration project. I need the faces reprinted, and have actually located a fellow with the original Delco artwork! So it should turn out nice...
If anybody is interested in this cluster, I could provide a clock stem (or maybe clock). Don't understand why the two lights are missing at the lower center near the auto trans ID window (my car is a 4-spd and has the lights). I would replace the oil pressure (cut off) hose with copper tubing. I would be sure to protect the exposed battery gage terminals from touching the framework of the dash during installation. If any gauges (not tach) end up faulty I could provide them. The tach is correct for a 427/385. Looks like the window would 'polished up' OK. Of course, the main plug-in wiring would have to change if you were attempting to convert from the 'regular' dash...but the plug is the same. If the laminated circuitry needs to be replaced, it is readily available.
I would provide anything I have for postage only. I am in no way "connected" with the seller...just want to help a little if someone is thinking about changing over. I would go for it!
