Hi guys! I have a seat question. I have a pair of 65 bucket seats and need to separate the seat back from the seat bottom. Is there a tried and true method to remove the acorn push type retaining nuts? If not, is there a source for new replacement push nuts to reassemble the seat after prying them apart?

Hey Rob, Hubbard's Impala has the push nuts. Sold in pairs if I remember correctly.

Rob: If you have a store by the name of Grainger in your area, you can buy new push nuts there. They come in a pack of 1000, for about $10.00. Hope this helps. Dan
