What has happened to our host site? Did the domain expire and not get renewed, or is an overhaul in the works?
If so, any chance of supporting it to keep it alive? Contact info?

The domain registration shows marked as "Redemption Period".
That means... This status code indicates that your registrar has asked the registry to delete your domain. Your domain will be held in this status for 30 days. After five calendar days following the end of the redemptionPeriod, your domain is purged from the registry database and becomes available for registration.
If you want to keep your domain, you must immediately contact your registrar to resolve whatever issues resulted in your registrar requesting that your domain be deleted, which resulted in the redemptionPeriod status for your domain. Once any outstanding issues are resolved and the appropriate fee has been paid, your registrar should restore the domain on your behalf.
-------------- So, my fellow SS427 lovers, it appears that there is less that two weeks to recover it before it goes on the open market!!! Hello, Mark? http://www.67HEAVEN.com 1967 Bel Air 2-door sedan (project) 1967 Corvette L71 (now ZZ502) coupe

Mark messaged me,
The domain expired and someone grabbed it before he could renew. He is not sure who has it. He may just reload it under a new domain name.

I have been wondering the same thing, I thought it was only me who was having trouble.
I would like to see this stay up personally. I am happy to do the background work (or help) to get this back up. I picked up the .net version of this url so if the owner of the data is interested in assistance I am happy to help. My only interest is to keep the site up and its data accurate that's it.
