'68-69 Bench Seat Shifter Boot and Trim Bezel

Just FYI, I saw this on Ebay. Not a horrible deal for $450 for the pair. Not mine, just passing it on:

Were these boots the same as 69 Chevelle? Somewhere in my pile I have a NOS 69 Chevelle boot for a non-console car.

The boot is junk. It's not just ripped 4 places, it looks like the mice chewed a big hole in it. The handle not being included means he wants 450 for the bezel. OK if you need one, but not such a great price.

Does anyone know if this one sold ... I notice Jon K has one for sale at the moment and it's cheaper ... It's without the boot but I'd put the saving from the trim towards one of his New boots and end-up with a better deal if anyone is looking for one ... Glenn

Glad you caught that,I assumed it was with the shift handle.Says it has 4 rips in the boot.

I know there is some conflicting opinions on 1969 shifter shapes but is this one a '68? Were the boots the same for 68 and 69?

Be careful ... the auction does not include the handle . This was on eBay a couple of weeks ago , and did not sell . The auction is only for the bezel and boot . Still a decent price if you need it .

B body Shifter handles are the same 68/69 as well as bench boot. However , Shifter handles differ slightly between console and bench seat application
