I took may car to a show in small town Morristown Minnesota a few weeks back. My car was purchased from Nordmeier Brothers Chevrolet in Morristown April-20-1967, the dealer lost its franchise in 2010. When I received my top top 25 trophy the gentlemen said "look me up before you leave". I did, turns out he is the grandson of one of the original Nordmeier Brothers that started the dealership in 1926. He indicated that he may still have the original paperwork for my car. I meet him on July 3rd and he gave me these!!
Thank you Steve Nordmeier!
I have added U14 gauges, no skirts (yet), original wheels and hubcaps are in the garage.
The last piece is he thinks he may have an original trunk dealership emblem somewhere too!
I traced my 69 SS 427 via the build sheet to Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix, AZ, which is still in business. I called the dealership but they were not willing to be helpful in trying to locate any records of my car. You're quite fortunate to find these documents!
Invite him to NIA and ask if he can bring his box or boxes of documents. I'm sure Warren would be like a kid in a candy store going through them. Maybe some paperwork for other cars in the registry?
I'm sure we'd all be glad to chip in and buy him a nice diner as a gesture for his efforts/time.

Doesn't get better than that. It's why we can't throw anything away. Great looking car as well. Horst
