Hi Paul. I joined the site as Beverly Tscheschlog on her facebook site. I like the posts from most. I am not a purist, but had My car painted a concourse job. All the exterior and interior are NOS with fenders and quarters with the oval bulges. They were expensive but worth it. I have been critical of the Chinese quarters. The L72 427 uses the stock bore and pistons with high performance Comp solid lifter cam and roller rockers with high Chevrolet chrome valve covers. It has comp headers and a 3 inch stainless exhaust exiting straight out the back. I like that the cars are original outside, but do not like hydraulic lifts and big wheels. I have My original steels but installed aluminum 15x7 inch slots. We can not halt new ideas though. Original one owner 1969 Impala SS427 sport coupe, Le-mans blue, 4 speed, built on December 1968. There is still a good percentage of us out there that won't do Facebook.
Let us know if you have any alternatives.

Paul - I am not a Facebook user either but I do look at both the ss427 and fs research pages even though I can't participate. Is your page open for public view or do you have to join? Thanks, Tom C
