I’m not doing anything so far this year. I might do a bit of freelancing, but between my flying job and my aircraft restoration project I don’t have much time. The wife will still be out in the NASCAR trenches for 32 weeks this season so between her work and me making a few races I will get to keep a hand in it.

I would like to go help Norm at the Truck Series dirt race this year, but I don’t think it will work out. He should run well his best finish in ARCA was actually a 3rd at Springfield. He normally ran well at both Springfield and DuQuoin. We talked about it at Texas at the end of last year; he hasn’t run on dirt since 2008 and hasn’t been in good equipment on dirt since 2004. His plan is to have a fresh engine in for Eldora, but for Norm fresh engine may still mean that it has 5 or more races on it. We both think that he has the potential to run well, but he has a number of hurdles to overcome. He was also looking for a new Truck chassis that he could set up specifically for the dirt. Take Care.
