Really disappointed with the new car's ability to pass at Daytona. This was "follow the leader" racing throughout the entire race. Cars couldn't make the low groove work at all....until Jr. shot by Danica coming to the line.

At lease a few yers ago, the pack was about 35 cars and guys could come from the back to the front and back again in about 12 laps....not the case now!

Everyone (announcers and drivers) seemed afraid to criticize the new car for fear of alienating NASCAR. Presumably, it will be better racing away from the restrictor plate tracks.

NASCAR lucked out with Danica winning the pole....probably not a lot of post-qualifying inspection on that car. Daytona is all-about equipment and she obviously had a fast car and was able to run near the front. It will be interesting to see what happens from this point forward??
