Seems like everybody loves to bash Comcast, and I hear it all the time how expensive they are, and a lot of people in the Detroit suburbs switch over to WOW (Wide Open West Cable) to save like $12 a month, but the one thing about Comcast is when you start looking at what channels you get, and not having to pay an extra $20 a month for things like a sports package with NBC Sports in it I still say you can't beat Comcast. Not to mention their internet speed. My one buddy always wants to tell me how WOW is cheaper than Comcast, but when I started looking at his channels, and what he has available "ON Demand" compared to what I have available "On Demand" I think I get the better deal than he does, and I pay more a month for Comcast than he does for WOW. I am looking into the "The Horse Race Network" (or something like that) which shows live horse races all day from around the country, and that would cost me like an extra $4.95 a month, but I could sit home, and watch the live horse races, and bet on them on line. In my book, that's hard to beat.
