Man you should be my Dr! Its what they told me yesterday to do. I think I might have messed up as I took the Flomax this morning and probably didn't drink enough water. I caught a tiny spec of something before...might be part of the stone.

And for some reason the pain med's didn't work as good this afternoon as it did this morning. I can only take it every 4 hours so trying to stretch the next one to like 10pm so I can sleep.

I was reading how the Egyptians had these...what a whimp I am vs those guys!!! LOL!
