I've seen and heard some discussion on this. I can't imagine. Anytime one of these cars hits the wall, it's a crapshoot to avoid a piece of suspension going into the cockpit or a tire hitting them in the helmet. The cars are incredibly safe but intentionally crashing one at 200+ would be insane.
