This whole thing has been playing out really for more than a year now. At the real heart of the matter is the fact that Jennifer and David Novak were romantically involved. Mike Harmon help get the two together to buy the old Circle Bar Racing equipment. The problems started when Jennifer and David split and now they have a big misunderstanding on who owns what. David put up most of the money, but I think Jennifer is under the impression that certain things were given to her. Mike then stepped in the middle of the whole deal because David is a friend and now his butt is on the line.

I hate it for Mike he is a real nice guy I know him from both the ARCA Series and the Truck Series. Anytime we had issues on the 57 he would help out if he possible could. On the flip side he should have known better than to take things into his own hands or at least getting talked into taking things into his own hands. I have a feeling David talked him into most of this latest deal. Life in the garage if the fans only knew all the things going on right now!!! Take Care.
