The owners of the #47 Toyota in the Cup Series, Brad Dagherty and Ted Geschickter (JTG Daugherty Racing) take Bobby LaBonte out of their car, and put A.J. Allmendinger in the car because they want A.J. to tell them why the car sucks and is so slow. I have to think if Bobby can't tell them why the car is slow that team is in a world of hurt. They interviewed A.J. yesterday and he said when they unloaded the car the car was junk, but he had them make a lot of changes, and guess what? The car is still slow.
It has to be poetic justice for Bobby LaBonte that James Finch put Bobby in the #51 Phoenix Racing Chevrolet this weekend, and they're so much faster than the #47 with A.J. in it.
