If immediately following the INDY Car Race the officials gave Dario a 10 spot penalty and moved him from finishing 3rd to 13th why didn't they remove him from the podium, and put Marco up there? Dario's up there celebrating, and the NBC Sports broadcatsers have been talking about the penalty for the last 15 minutes.
Even before they announced the penalty on Dario I thought Dario blocked Will Power. It was the slightest of blocks, but it happened. Dario claimed he left the outside open for Power, but as soon as Power went to the inside Dario moved over about a foot to the inside trying to stop Power from getting through.
