Lots of excitement in Akron - Indy Car is set to announce that they will partner with and sponsor the All American Soap Box Derby (based in Akron). You'll see Soap Box Derby promos at IndyCar races, and visa-verse. Nascar was a minor sponsor a few years back, but the sponsorship dwindled away.
