I hope Kurt stays where he is at. 50% of running well in Cup can be contributed to team chemistry. Running for a top of the line team doesn't always translate into success. You have to be working with the right folks. The 78 team is the right place for Kurt; going to SHR at this point I believe would be a mistake. I would give him two years there before he would be looking for a new job. I know a few guys on the 78 team fairly well and they like having Kurt around. Most importantly they understand what makes him tick and they workaround his imperfections.
