we ran round 7 of the trans am 2013 at brainerd international raceway on sunday. because the car count was short in our production car class they decided to combine the Porsche class with the American car class. unfortunately that was never communicated to the drivers or the main staff.

stuff happens. in this case, we had first and second in the points in the American muscle division and the points leader and I swapped the lead back and forth four times til he slipped and crashed.

had the class not been combined I would have been credited with the win. which I was til told the next day that the porsches both finished ahead of me. oh well.

best to win your first race against more than one other car I guess. at vir this month we should have a good ten cars again. win or not I still closed more points on the leader with my two home tracks coming next.
