Power's wheel guy takes his sweet ass time moving the tire then carries it on his hip and swings wide with it blocking Dixon's way instead of rolling the tire in front of him. Lucky nobody was seruoisly hurt. I feel Penske was just hoping to stall Dixon, and not put someone in harms way. At least I hope so.
