I'm fairly sure he still is; he was setting that world on fire last year. He won the Silver Crown Championship last year. His dad Bob East was a co-owner of Tony's sprint car team for about five years when Tony first started it. His dad owns beast cars and builds some of the best sprint cars around. I think Tony's team is still using his chassis. I haven't seen bobby at a NASCAR event in about two years or more. Take Care.
