The bottom line is if she doesn't pay Mike won't race in NASCAR again. Word will get out that she didn't pay and other owners won't touch Mike. If NASCAR feels strongly enough about it they could even consider carrying the ban over to Grand Am and ALMS. They would just flag their names and not allow them to apply for a license until it is paid.
