Did you luck out and get the Smithsonian Channel? Most people look at me like I have a third eye on my forehead when I mention this channel, but it's a real channel that is always showing great shows on American History. It's actually in a real weird location on my channel line up. I have a block of about 15 different religious channels like from channel 385 to 399, and the Smithsonian Channel is in this block of channels at channel 388. I have no idea how I found it, but I'm glad I did.
FOX has added another channel to their line up called FXX not to be confused with FX. FXX shows mostly the darker sitcoms like "Parks & Recreation", "Always Sunny in Philadelphia", "Arrested Development", "The League", etc.
