We had a great race in Trans Am at VIR. We were sitting 4th in qualifying with 4 minutes left and I went out for a second time, which is rare, with time for one hot lap. It worked for a bump to 3rd and nearly got 2nd.

In the race it was much the same. Dropped back to fourth on the start. Raced to 3rd. Slipped off track and briefly ran 4th again before getting it back.

Then cut the 2nd place car's lead down from 15 seconds to under a second but needed one more lap to get the spot.
