qualifying strategy that pans out. we ran 3 laps in some ugly traffic at vir and came in. my crew chief sent me back out with 4 minutes left in the session, as you can see the pit lane is full and the track nearly empty.

it worked. I bumped up from 4 to p3 and set a personal best lap time. I will have race video a bit later. enjoy.
