....obviously doesn't have enough to do at their place of employment. I know when someone is out where I work the manager is busy helping covering the job of the person who's out that day and there's no way they'd have time to get away on "field trip" to see if someone is really sick. And if they did pull such a stunt I know my managers boss would have some serious considerations as to whether that position was truly necessary or could be eliminated or at the very least find some more work for that manager to fill their time.
