is when the broadcasters and media add his truck, Nationwide, and Cup wins together, and say he's one of the greatest drivers of all time because he has over a 100 NASCAR wins. What a joke. Since the start of the truck series not one Cup driver has ran as many truck races as consistently as Kyle does. Could you imagine if drivers like Jimmie Johnson or Jeff Gordon ran in all these truck races with Hendrick prepared trucks. Getting back to your point I have one buddy that follows NASCAR. He's the guy that grew up three doors down from the Keselowskis in Rochester Hills and walked back and forth from school with Brian and Brad. Any ways, I tell him the exact thing you said about how the truck series used to be a great series to follow until Kyle Busch came along. I might not of watched all the Cup and Nationwide races over the years, but I always made sure I watched the truck races, or recorded them. There were many years after I quit renewing my Cup tickets at Michigan where I'd only go out there for the truck race and possibly the ARCA race. Not any more. I'll drive out Friday afternoon for the ARCA race, but I don't bother with the truck races any more. |
