that looks to me like what happened, but i don't see how anyone can prove that.
i did see where someone at the race said tony had a camera on his car, which i think would show him swerve toward the guy. i don't think that footage will ever be found based on the police asking for other people's video.
plus guy shouldn't have been there. my prediction is this all goes away fairly soon, tony's got money after all.
