Sorry but NASCAR bends their own rules all the time when it suits them, so the question of credibility isn't even on the table. Tony has been good for the business of NASCAR so just like any employee who makes money for his boss he'll get some favorable breaks in his favor. Anyone such as yourself who is so familiar with NASCAR should have expected this. NASCAR rules have always had wiggle room for them to be able to do exactly as they please at any given time, why would they change now?
