Don't think NA$CAR should have suspended him, but I think he should have suspended himself for the rest of the year to let this die down, until the civil suit blows it back up. Or at least waited until there was an official announcement that no charges would be filed before coming back. He'll never tell what really happened because right now there is no way to PROVE intent, even with the videos and observers. Well, maybe on his deathbed.
