Don't think they lied, just made a mistake in their findings. Did they interview his friends or fellow drivers to see if he had used before, or was it all about Tony and they didn't care? No matter how big a doper, I just can't imagine using before a race. But I'm not a user, so I suppose I don't understand the mentality. Also never involved with a grand jury and not an attorney, but that seems awfully significant in the matter. That revelation is going to be very important in the future.
